Shipping policy

Please allow two business days for you order to be processed.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class which takes approximately 3-5 business days once the package has left our building(Shipping times are slightly delayed because of COVID 19) PhotoGenic By Mara is not responsible for any shipping delays nor carrier delays. Nor are we (PhotoGenic by Mara) responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the post office has received your package, it is our of our hands.

Please contact your local post office if you have not received your package when the status says delivered.
